- 6am Monday (HIIT) , wednsday (strength) and friday (cardio)
- 7pm Monday (HIIT) , Tuesday (Strength), wednsday (mobility Training), Thursday ( Abs and core)
- 9am - Tuesday (Ladies only HIIT) , wednsday (Ladies only Stretch and Tone) and thursday (Ladies only Cardio)
HEAD COACH.
- Samaakhya is a national athlete in Rowing and Water-polo. At the age of 14 she became Sri Lanka’s youngest Rowing National Champion. Representing in international arenas on multiple occasions, she is also the only woman in Sri Lanka to be selected for the Olympic Qualifier Regatta, competing in the open category of the Asia and Oceana region in 2016. She is certified in Nutrition, Exercise & Sports by Wageningen University & Research, a member and coach of the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) and an International Federation of Rowing Associations (FISA) accredited coach....
ASSISTANT COACH.
- Anjalika is a national Karate and Football athlete. At the age of 18, Anjalika went on to become the Best National Female Karate player in Sri Lanka. She emerged third in the South Asian region, winning the Bronze medal at the South Asian Games in 2019. She is currently a member of the National Karate Team as well as a licensed Karate Coach and a qualified referee.....
